Hunter Drew Strickland (born September 24, 1988) is an American professional baseballpitcher who is a free agent.
He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the San Francisco Giants, Seattle Mariners, Washington Nationals, New York Mets, Tampa Bay Rays, Los Angeles Angels, Milwaukee Brewers, and Cincinnati Reds.

Strickland was born on September 24, 1988, in Thomaston, Georgia, United States.[1] He attended Pike County High School In Zebulon, GA.

Strickland was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 18th round, 564th overall pick, of the 2007 Major League Baseball draft.
